Polygon has been instrumental in providing solutions for real-time gaming and exchange experiences. For example, its NFT asset bridging enables marketplaces to lower the cost of staking and escrowing NFTs.
Recently, Polygon will be expanding the offering to include an optimistic rollup on Ethereum. But, unfortunately, high transaction costs and long confirmation times are the reality on Ethereum. Still, with the rollups, as stated by Vitalik himself, we have a solution that can solve these pain points right away.
