The APIS is pleased to announce we have closed our private round of investment. Our private round comes in partnership with 27 crypto funds and KOLs, from 16 countries, totaling $3.5 million in raised capital.
This round was led by Insignius Capital, BlackDragon, Exnetwork Capital, Martix pool, CSP DAO, Master Ventures, accompanied by Fairum Ventures, Water Drip, Moonwhale, ThorXCrypto, Jagga (KOL), Moneykingg(KOL), Crypto Now(KOL),Titans Ventures, Sky Ventures, Blocksync, Deltahub Capital, SpykeFast, SMO Capital, Blocktonix, Dutch crypto investors, Aspectus Ventures, Avstar Capital, CoinVision, Avisa Ventures.
All told, The APIS has raised $3.5 million in exchange for around 7million API tokens that will be subject to 1-year vesting after listing on exchanges. These tokens have a linear vesting schedule and become unvested on a block-by-block basis. The 7 million API tokens sold to our private round investors make up 7% of the total supply of 100 million tokens.
