Ensure you are not from the restricted country list
We will check the form for duplicate entries, resulting in disqualification, so make sure you fill the form carefully!
Please be aware that individuals who are a citizen, resident (tax or otherwise), or green card holder of the United States of America, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Iran, China, Saudi Arabia, Yemen or any other nation subject to countrywide, territory-wide sanctions authorized or imposed by the United Nations cannot participate in this IDO whitelist.
The APIS team reserves the right to make the final decision on the applicant’s eligibility for participation in our whitelist lottery event.
Terms and Additional Information
- Anyone can participate in the public sale, subject to The APIS’s compliance requirements.
- All participants will have the same max allocation for purchase on the IDO platform.
- MetaMask will be the only supported wallet on the IDO platform. All participants who successfully purchase their respective distribution will receive $API token.
- IDO will proceed on a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) basis until the USD 300,000 hard cap is reached.
- Exchange addresses will not be accepted; only personal wallets with ERC-20 addresses.
